Fast cooling :Air evenly blows to the high temperature products by fast cooling branch pipe, bring down the product temperature near 600 rapidly. It is auto-controlled by reducers which make the fast cooling temperature can be fixed in the set valve stably. Branch pipes equipped with valves to control the volume of fast cooling air conveniently and swiftly.

Slow cooling zone: Adopt multi-tube heat exchange type to make the products cool down slowly and pass the transformation process of crystallization. Transducer auto-control temperature makes the temperature in slow cooling zone stabilize in fixed temperature range required.

Direct cooling zone: The natural wind blows inside kiln by distributing pipe to ensure the tiles exiting kiln cool fast. The hot air after heated exchange is draught away by the hot air draught fan. And the hot air can be used in products drying.

Final cooling zone: Cooled by low noise axial fan with big flow air and low pressure, then the air emit naturally.
