Roller kiln

1.       Fuel in using are LPG, natural gas, generated coal gas, pipeline coal gas, diesel oil or heavy oil.

2.       Combine reasonable structure design with advanced isothermal small flow burner, control by PID,  temperature auto-controlled, burning with bright flame, ensure small kiln section temperature discrepancy, the working temperature can reach to 1300.

3.       High quality refractory insulate materials were equipped in special kiln wall structure to protect the excellent insulation effect. The surface temperature outside kiln is below 60 for low fuel consumption.

4.       Selective roof structure for kiln: suspending roof, cordierite roof, arch roof. Prevent dust falling from kiln roof, prolong the lifespan of kiln and reduce the kiln maintenance.

5.       Driving by 45°bevel gears which equipped differentially, divides into section for control. The speed of cycloid lantern reducers is adjusted by inverters. So it has the feature of simple, smooth and stable.

6.      The applications of computer automatic supervise system transfer the kiln management from experience approach to data automation.
