Cooling system:

1. includes rapid cooling, slow cooling, final cooling and heat recycle.
2.Rapid cooling section is at the end of the firing section, cool the tiles by means blow environment air with high pressure fan into the tunnel directly through tiny holes in series of stainless steel pipes inside the tunnel.
3.Slow cooling section is next the fast cooling section, cooling tiles slowly by exchange heat between hot gas in the tunnel and the environment air, which is sucked into pipes stick in the tunnel and been heated there, and been sent to dryer to dry biscuits.
4.Final cooling section is at the end of the roller kiln, cooling tiles by axile fans suck a great of environment air and blow air onto the tiles directly, cooling tiles fast.
5.Heat are recycled by a lot of suction holes arranged on the side of whole cooling section, hot gas are sucked through the holes, branch pipes, valves, and general pipes and then sent to dryer by suction fan.

6.Further more, there are some pressure meter positioned at some important sections of the roller kiln, it is helpful to adjust the pressure of the hot air. For example 3 sets slanting glass pipe type micro-pressure meter.
